1. Who you are buying from

This site is operated by Inforadient Technologies, , Balkrushna Nagar, Manewada, Besa, Nagpur, Maharashtra. "We" means that business; "you" means the buyer. Paying means you accept these terms.

2. What you are buying

The Founder's Library is a one-time digital purchase: twelve folders of business document templates — company profiles, letterheads, GST invoice and quotation formats, proposals, social kits, decks, checklists and print artwork.

These are templates you complete yourself. Nothing is written about your specific business. It is not a design service.

3. Price and delivery

₹555, charged once, as shown on the payment page. An invoice is issued to the details you give at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Delivery is instant and electronic: after payment you get a private download page holding one PDF, and the Google Drive link to the twelve folders is inside that PDF. The same link is emailed to you. See the delivery policy.

4. All sales are final

Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds. Please use the free samples on our landing page to satisfy yourself before you pay. The narrow exceptions are set out in the refund policy.

5. Your licence

On payment you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own business and in work you deliver to your own clients.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or give away the library or any substantial part of it; redistribute the files as a bundle, pack, course or membership; upload them to any public or file-sharing site; or share your download link or the Drive link outside your business. We keep ownership of the templates; you own what you create with them.

6. Source files are not included

You get PDF and PNG for finished pieces, Word and Excel for letterheads and invoices, and Canva or PowerPoint for decks and social kits. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign source files are not supplied — the template and font licences we build under do not permit it. This applies to every buyer without exception.

7. Not legal, tax or financial advice

Contract, NDA, invoice and tax formats in the library are general starting points, not advice about your situation. Have a lawyer review anything you sign and a chartered accountant confirm anything you file. See the disclaimer.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, probe its security, scrape it, or place orders by automated means. We log access to download links and may revoke a link that is being shared or automated against.

9. Our responsibility

We will provide the library as described and will replace a file that is corrupt or missing. Beyond that, and so far as Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, including anything arising from a document you produce, send or sign using these templates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by Razorpay, Google Drive, our host, or internet or power outages. If such an event stops you receiving what you paid for, we will restore your access.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at have exclusive jurisdiction. Please raise any issue with us first — most things are settled the same day on WhatsApp.
