Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, there is no courier, and there is no delivery charge.

1. What is delivered

One PDF, on a private download page. Inside that PDF is the Google Drive link to all twelve folders, with a note on which folder to open first. The PDF is how you get in; the Drive folder is the product.

2. When

The clock starts when we receive confirmation of payment, not when you press pay.

3. Check your email address

A typo at checkout is the most common reason nothing arrives. If it happens, WhatsApp us your payment reference and we resend at once, free. Otherwise look in Promotions and Spam before writing to us.

4. How long your access lasts

The download limit exists to stop links being posted publicly, not to ration you. Hit it for an honest reason and we reset it.

5. If a file will not open

Send a screenshot and the file name. We supply a working replacement or a different format within 24 hours.

6. What you need

A working email address, an internet connection that can reach Google Drive, and free software — Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets or any PDF reader. Microsoft Office is optional. Ask before buying and we will confirm a particular file opens on what you have.

7. Sharing

Your link is personal to your order and we log the IP and browser on every open. If a link is clearly being shared we may revoke it and contact you before restoring access. We will never revoke a link without telling you why.

8. Our service work

Separately from the library we take on project work, quoted individually. There, the clock starts when we have your information, not when you pay; one round of revisions is included within 7 days of delivery; delivered formats are PDF, PNG, Word and Excel, never design source files. Where we set up a Google Business Profile, whether and when Google verifies it is Google's decision — if Google declines, we prepare and resubmit once at no charge.

9. Nothing is shipped

No physical shipment, no tracking number, no courier, no delivery fee. Print-ready files are artwork for you to send to your own printer.

10. If delivery fails
