Refund Policy

1. No refunds

Once payment is confirmed, the download link is issued immediately and the files are in your hands. They cannot be returned. We therefore do not refund for:

• a change of mind, before or after downloading;
• not using the files, or not downloading them;
• wanting design source files (.ai, .psd, .indd) — the terms state clearly these are never included;
• wanting documents written specifically about your business — this is a template library, and the landing page says so;
• not having software you expected to need. Everything opens in free tools, and we will confirm before you buy if you ask.

Please ask anything you are unsure about before paying. We answer on WhatsApp within the hour, and we will tell you honestly if this is not right for you.

2. The only exceptions

We refund in full, and quickly, in three situations:

Our first step will always be to fix it — a working file, a different format, or a fresh link. Only if we cannot fix it does a refund apply.

3. How to raise it

Message +91 75858 92555 on WhatsApp or email contact@studio.inforadient.com with your order reference (in your receipt, like INF-260902-0043) and one line about what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours on working days, decide within 3 working days, and any approved refund reaches you 5–7 working days after that, depending on your bank.

4. How money is returned

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method through Razorpay — UPI back to that UPI account, card back to that card. We cannot refund to a different account, person or instrument; that is a payment-network rule, not our preference. When a refund is processed your download link is revoked automatically.

5. Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. This is a single one-time payment, not a subscription, and no further amount will ever be debited.

6. Before you raise a chargeback

Please talk to us first. If something has genuinely gone wrong we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback, and at no cost to either of us. We keep delivery and download records and will respond to any chargeback with them.
