1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

We collect no special category data, nothing knowingly from children, and we build no advertising profiles.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, on their own secure page. Your card number, CVV, expiry, UPI PIN and netbanking credentials are never transmitted to, stored on, or visible from our server. We receive only the outcome. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs its processing.

4. Lawful basis and sharing

We process your data to perform the contract you entered when you paid, and because invoice and tax records must be kept under Indian law. We share the minimum necessary with Razorpay (payment), our host (storage, in India), our email provider (delivery), Google Drive (which hosts the files, under Google's own terms), our accountant, and where legally required, authorities.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we never pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Hearing from us

On your download page there is a box you can tick to hear when we add new folders. It is off unless you tick it — we cannot tick it for you, and the date you did is recorded. To stop, reply STOP to any message, untick the box, or email us. Withdrawing does not affect your purchase or your files.

6. Cookies and retention

The public pages set no cookies and run no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP. The admin area uses one strictly necessary login cookie.

We keep order and invoice records for 8 years (tax and accounting requirement), download logs for 12 months, and support conversations for 24 months.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask us to tell you what we hold, correct anything inaccurate, erase your data where we are not legally required to keep it, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Erasing your order record ends your access to the download link.

8. Security and changes

The site is served over HTTPS, database access uses prepared statements, and delivered files sit outside the public web root behind a random token we can revoke. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires. If we change this policy we update the date above.
