The limits of what we provide

1. Templates, not advice

Everything in The Founder's Library is a general-purpose template prepared for a wide range of Indian businesses. Using one is not the same as taking advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship in law, accountancy or finance.

2. Legal documents

The service agreements, NDAs, retainers and proposals are drafting starting points. They have not been reviewed against your state's requirements, your industry's regulations, or the deal in front of you. Have a qualified advocate review anything before you sign it or send it to a client. We are not a law firm.

3. GST, invoicing and tax

The invoice, quotation, proforma and challan formats follow the structure commonly required under Indian GST rules at the time we prepared them. Tax law changes, and treatment depends on your registration, state, HSN or SAC codes and place of supply. Have a chartered accountant confirm your formats before you file. The spreadsheet formulas are unlocked precisely so they can be checked. Responsibility for anything you issue or file is yours.

4. Financial and pitch material

The pitch deck and financial model are structural templates — a slide order and a spreadsheet skeleton. Numbers in them are illustrative placeholders, not projections, benchmarks, valuations or investment advice.

5. No guaranteed outcome

We do not promise that using these files will win you clients, raise you money, rank you on Google or grow your revenue. Any figure or example on this site describes what a file contains or what similar work is quoted at — never a result you should expect. What we do promise is specific and written down: the delivery window, the replacement window, and what happens if Google declines a verification.

6. Prices quoted for comparison

Where this site compares our price with commissioning the same items separately, those are market rates we have quoted or been quoted. They are honest reference points, not a valuation, an offer, or a claim about what any particular studio would charge you.

7. Third parties and fonts

The library relies on services we do not control — Google Drive, Razorpay, Canva, Microsoft Office. Their availability and terms are theirs to set, and links to third-party sites are not endorsements. Every font shipped carries a free commercial-use licence, listed inside; if you substitute your own, checking its licence is your responsibility.

8. Accuracy and limitation

We keep the file counts, folder descriptions and samples accurate and update them when the library changes. If something you received does not match the page, tell us and we will correct it. Our liability is limited as set out in the terms; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
